1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless the error is on our part.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

    Include the following:
  • Your order number
  • AWB/tracking number
  • Reason for return (attach photos if item is damaged)

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for your safety.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently support exchanges. Please place a new order after returning the original item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong or a damaged product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

From the Founder

Hi, I’m Rajashree, the founder of Ohana Earth. After close to two decades in the corporate world, I began an adventure that brings together all my life experiences into one platform. I started Ohana Earth out of a quiet conviction.

Our Beliefs at Ohana Earth

1. That Intention Isn’t a Trend. It’s a Compass. Ohana Earth is not here just to “sell sustainable products” but with the intention to do good, to build a calm, grounded brand that could quietly but meaningfully amplify better choices

2. That beauty, sustainability, and art can coexist in our homes, and not just in galleries. I intend to preserve art by incorporating in into lifestyle products that are beautiful, unique and elevate your lifestyle.
